I ordered a 901 PCC and when it arrived, there was a problem with the unit. (these things happen) I e-mailed rob and he told me to send it back. He sent out the replacement unit BEFORE he receved my PCC.

Your product is wonderful!!! I have not had a single cigarette since I first charged up 10 weeks ago today. I rave about how great it is everywhere I go. I even did a testimonial to the guy selling a different brand in the mall last night!!!! My friends all say I should be a spokesperson. I have gotten quite a few people to stop by the NP flea market to buy. Lisa is a sweetheart!!!! I know without a doubt that I will finally be able to quit in a way that works!!!!

I order a dse 901 starter kit and i had a problem with the atomizer that came with the kit. .And i email vapor country about it and they said no problem they will replace it. He told me to mail it back and he'll send me a new.. This is another store that has 5 star costumer service and stands up to it's warrenty. I will be a long time customer.... Thanks rob for the great service... And i recieve'd a sample liquid too.... Just thought i throw that in there...Plus i order some batterys from an other store that dont perform like the batterys that came with vapor countrys dse 901 kits they are better solid batterys i can tell a big differents in battery life and vapor.....great product here trust me....
